Whether you need to measure outputs or outcomes, SectorLynx provides a comprehensive reporting solution.

  • Outcome measurement: Data collected from daily activities is translated into evidence that supports outcomes and goal measurement, providing a solid basis for strategic and business planning. This data is then used for required reporting for service delivery strategies, contracts or planning activities.
  • Output measurement: Tracking key activities, or outputs, allows organizations to count the activities required for service delivery strategies, contracts or planning activities. Reporting on outputs allows management and executive teams to review trends and plan capacity.

A Single, Consistent View of Clients and Cases

SectorLynx helps make information easier to collect and access throughout the organization by workers and supervisors. One of the most important benefits of SectorLynx is how it centralizes your agency information. You can centrally record and report all client information, including:

  • Client personal information
  • Family members
  • Relatives or friends
  • Location and contact information including addresses, phone numbers and email addresses where applicable
  • Each child, family member, foster parent or employee is entered into the database system only once and that data can be reused to record their meetings, sessions, home visits, activities and services delivered. Locating existing people or adding new persons into the database is easy.

Case Information at Your Fingertips

Centralized recording of all case information allows case managers to see:

  • Their list of active client/cases
  • The stages of the case from the initial referral to the agency  through to discharge from care/service
  • Identify the client/ case type
  • Intake, screening and assessments information for each client/case
  • Activities including phone calls, correspondence and counseling session client/case notes
  • Client/case notes related to all activities
  • Electronic attachments including scanned documents, letters, pictures, birth registration forms, CPIC information, or other client/case supporting information
  • Client/case affiliates, or those outside your agency who are involved in the case including social workers, family doctors, drug & alcohol centres, rehabilitation centres, and treatment programs etc.

Customized reports

Users at all levels of the organization can run reports within SectorLynx to better manage individual cases, caseloads, and entire program areas. Several common reports are built into the Sector Lynx solution:

  • General system reports
  • Client reports
  • Ad hoc reports, which can be exported to Microsoft Excel for further analysis.
  • Operational reports
  • Management and executive reports

Reports are configured and customized to the needs of the organization during the implementation process. For example, access to certain types of reports can be restricted according to the user role.

SectorLynx can also integrate with popular office software to generate and store documents as required. Common document templates can be stored in the system and be used to create case-related correspondence and other important documents for export to Word or to PDF.
