TP Systems is committed to respecting your privacy and recognizing your need for appropriate protection and management of personally identifiable information you share with us.

The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you of what personally identifiable information or personal information we may collect from you when you visit our website, how we use this information, and the choices you have regarding our use of, and your ability to review and correct, the information. This policy applies only to users accessing our website from the United States and Canada, and does not apply to access to our ASP software applications supported by the TP Systems.

Using our Website

In general, you can visit many of our Web pages without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. We may track the Internet domain address from which people visit us and analyze this data for trends and statistics, but individual users will remain anonymous, unless you voluntarily tell us who you are.

There may be times (such as subscribing to a newsletter or Webinar, or registering to receive information, or to participate in contests, sweepstakes or promotions, etc.) at which we ask you to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, occupation, organization name, etc. Whether or not to provide such information is completely your own choice. But if you choose not to provide the information we request, you may be unable to access certain services, offers and content on our website.

How we collect information?

TP Systems collects information that is provided by the users through a registration process. The information is required to allow access to individual and company information through the use of the Internet. Registered users can view or modify their profiles at any time.

What kind of information we collect?

When registering, we will ask you to create a user name and password. Other information is also gathered including your name, organization name, job function, industry, zip or postal code code, e-mail, country, business focus, and marketing preferences.

What we do with that information?

Information you provide is for the sole use of TP Systems to better deliver our services, make our services better for you, or alter our policies based on customer feedback and preferences. We use the personally identifiable information you provide for internal purposes, such as confirming and tracking subscriptions or registration, analyzing trends and statistics, informing you of our new products, services and offers, and providing you with information from and about our Company. To serve you better, we may combine information you give us online with publicly available information and information we receive from or cross-reference with other sources. We use that combined information to enhance and personalize your experience with us, to communicate with you about our products and events that may be of interest to you, and for other promotional purposes.

Who has access to the information?

Employees of TP Systems will have access to various portions of your information. Departments of TP Systems that may view and/or use your information include customer services, accounting, and marketing. TP Systems employees who may view your customer information or have access to your information are required to comply with our privacy policy. Individuals who do not comply will be subject to disciplinary action.

TP Systems will not share, rent, or sell your personal information to any other group or individual.

If required by law for the purpose of criminal investigation, TP Systems will share your information with law enforcement. TP Systems may access your information with your implied permission to investigate problems or questions expressed by you or any issues discovered internally.

TP Systems does store user, customer, and company data on our servers. We follow best practice procedures to provide the highest level of security for your information.

How are Cookies used?

A cookie is a data file created by a Web server and stored on your hard drive to better determine you particular use of a Web page. TP Systems uses cookies to create a better user experience for visitors to our website. TP Systems does not share cookie information with any third-party. Most PCs default to allowing first-party cookies, but not third-party. You may change or check your cookie preferences by locating the “cookie options” selection on your browser.

Although unlikely, in certain instances we may disclose your personally identifiable information when we have reason to believe that it is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against persons or entities who may be causing injury to you, to the Company or to others. We may also disclose your personally identifiable information when we believe the law requires it.

Editing, Updating, Correcting and Deleting Information about You

We want to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. If you prefer not to receive information from us please let us know by sending us an e-mail at info@typsystems.com. Please be sure to include your e-mail address, full name, and specifically what information you do not want to receive. If you would like to update or correct your e-mail address, street address or other personal information with us please contact us the same way.

Please note that sometimes these requests may take up to 6-8 weeks to be effective, particularly if we are removing your name from postal mailings. Please remember, if you delete certain information you may not be able to continue to access portions of our website without entering additional information.

Protecting Children

The Company takes special care to protect the safety and privacy of children. Our websites are general audience sites. We also do not send e-mail correspondence to anyone who tells us that they are under the age of 18 without their parent's consent.

Children under the age of 18 should always ask their parents or guardians for permission before providing any personal information to anyone online. We urge parents and guardians to participate in their children's online activities and use parental control or other Web filtering technology to supervise children's access to the Web.

Security

We use sophisticated encryption and authentication tools to protect the security of your personal information that you share with us. Unfortunately, however, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our web sites, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we will do our best to protect its security on our systems.

Links to Third-Party Sites

Our websites may contain links to websites operated and maintained by third parties, over which we have no control. Privacy policies on such linked sites may be different from our privacy policy. Your access to such linked sites is at your own risk. You should always read the privacy policy of a linked site before disclosing any personal information on such a site.
